Refund policy

Convertiva delivers a written conversion report for one URL within 3 business days after you send that URL in the members area.

If we do not deliver the written report within that window, you may request a full refund of the one-time fee.

Once the report is delivered, the fee is not refundable. The service is the written work. We do not refund because a page did not convert more after you received the notes.
